Roger Williams began his legal career as a United States Marine Judge Advocate. After his military service he was Assistant Attorney General with the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, then spent more than two decades as a prosecutor before returning to private practice.

Today he represents individuals, families, and labor unions in ERISA matters, unfair labor practice cases, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, premises liability, and catastrophic personal injury.
